True Factory Suite : Monitoring manufacturing productivity

True Factory Suite is a major reference today for the automatic monitoring of productivity and is used every day on more than 1 000 production lines.

True Factory Suite measures simple and objective indicators that are representative of the global process: speed, quality, operational availability…and provides a clear, precise and coherent vision of the industrial installations being monitored.

True Factory Suite is a modular application that can easily be adapted to the specific characteristics of your production process.

True Factory can monitor several production units simultaneously while distinguishing between several types of manufacturing unit by unit.

For each unit, True Factory records the number of products and stoppages while making the distinction between planned stoppages, unplanned stoppages and induced stoppages. Each cause for stoppage can then be broken down into as many sub-categories as you desire, according to the specific characteristics of your production process.
